Accessing account settings

  1. Click the gear icon in the nav rail to open Settings.
  2. Select the Account tab.

Change your email address

Go to Settings → Account

Open the settings panel and navigate to the Account section.

Click on your email address

Your current email is displayed. Click Change Email.

Enter your new email

Type your new email address and confirm it.

Verify the new email

Check your new email inbox for a verification link and click it to confirm the change.

Change your password

Go to Settings → Account

Open the settings panel.

Click Change Password

Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password.

Click Save

Your password is updated immediately.
If you signed up with Google or Discord and don’t have a password set, you can add one in the Account settings. This lets you sign in with email and password as an additional option.

Linked sign-in providers

You can link multiple sign-in methods to your account:
  • Email and password
  • Google
  • Discord
  • Magic link
  1. Go to Settings → Account.
  2. Under Linked Providers, click Link next to the provider you want to add.
  3. Authorize the connection.
  1. Go to Settings → Account.
  2. Click Unlink next to the provider you want to remove.
You must keep at least one sign-in method active. You can’t unlink your last remaining provider.

Delete your account

If you want to permanently delete your account:
  1. Go to Settings → Account.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and click Delete Account.
  3. Confirm the deletion by typing your email address.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your strategies, training data, session history, and account information will be permanently removed.
If you want to keep your data before deleting, export your strategies as .rsharp files first. See File Import & Export.
