View your subscription

  1. Click the gear icon in the nav rail to open Settings.
  2. Select the Subscription tab.
You’ll see:
  • Your current plan (Free, Pro, or Elite)
  • Billing cycle (monthly or annual)
  • Next billing date
  • Payment method on file

Open the customer portal

For detailed billing management, click Manage Subscription in the Subscription settings. This opens the Dodo Payments customer portal where you can:
  • View billing history and past invoices
  • Update your payment method
  • Switch between monthly and annual billing
  • Cancel your subscription

Cancel your subscription

Go to Settings → Subscription

Open the settings panel and navigate to the Subscription tab.

Click Manage Subscription

This opens the Dodo Payments customer portal.

Click Cancel Subscription

Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.

Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period

After cancelling, you keep access to Pro or Elite features until your current billing period ends. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan.

Cancelling does not delete your data. Your strategies, ranges, and training history are preserved. If you re-subscribe later, everything is exactly as you left it.

Update payment method

  1. Click Manage Subscription in Settings.
  2. In the customer portal, click Update Payment Method.
  3. Enter your new card details and save.

Switch between monthly and annual billing

  1. Click Manage Subscription in Settings.
  2. In the customer portal, look for billing cycle options.
  3. Switch between monthly and annual billing.
Switching to annual billing at renewal gives you the discounted annual rate going forward.
